  8. This is the rebirth of Sculpt 3D. PPC WOS/W3D binaries.
  9. Remark : due to the lack of support for DoMethod() in the StormC ppc library, 
  10.          this release does not load textures. I have another PPC release (mixedbinary) 
  11.          working fully, but it sometimes crashes. I am working on it.
  12.  
  13. New features since last upload :
  14. * Texture mapping support
  15. * Texture loading through datatypes (so that you can use any file format supported by 
  16.   your installed datatypes)
  17. * Almost complete lighting engine (all light & material properties support) in 
  18.   addition to the simple (but fast) engine
  19. * Light properties editing
  20. * PPC support (will be enhanced)
  21. * 3D rendering w/wireframe, points or none (to speed up things)
  22. * Warp3D hinting settings dialog
  23. * Global optimization (still much to do)
  24. * Improved Microsoft DirectX (r) X mesh format load support
  25. * Full palette of basic objects (cube, cone etc.)
  26. * Almost complete Face and Material properties dialog (will be finished in next release)
  27. * Some bits of auto texture mapping (planar, cylindrical and spherical). 
  28.   Will be complete in next release.
  29. * Working support for checked menu entries in Amiga version
  30. * Documentation enhanced

  46. * Splitting Intuition message handling into a 68K task to speed up GUI in PPC Amiga version
